This Policy describes how QueroIr (queroir.ai) processes personal data, in
compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 —
LGPD). It applies to everyone using the platform: buyers, attendees,
organizers and visitors. By using QueroIr, you declare that you have read and
understood this Policy.
1. Processing roles
- QueroIr as controller — for your account, browsing and platform usage data.
- QueroIr as processor — for data Organizers collect through the platform (attendee lists, check-ins, consumption). In those cases the Organizer is the controller and answers for how it uses them.
2. Data we collect
Provided by you:
- Registration: name, email, phone, date of birth and ID document when required by the event or by law.
- Purchases: items bought, amounts and payment method. We do not store full card data — payments are processed by partner payment institutions.
- Communications: messages to support and feedback.
Collected through use:
- Check-ins and ticket validation (date, time, event venue).
- Consumption on tabs at venues.
- Approximate location, only with your permission, to show nearby events and places. You can revoke the permission on your device at any time.
- Technical data: device, system, IP address, access logs (kept for 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Framework law).
- Digital wallet cards (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet): identifiers needed to issue and update your cards.
3. What we use it for
- Running the service: issuing tickets, validating entries, recording tabs, crediting points and cashback (performance of contract).
- Processing payments and preventing fraud (performance of contract and legitimate interest).
- Meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
- Sending notices about your purchases and events: confirmations, changes, cancellations (performance of contract).
- Promotional communications, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Improving the platform with metrics and statistics, aggregated and, whenever possible, anonymized (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data.
4. Who we share it with
- Organizers — of the events you buy tickets for or check in to: they receive the data needed to run the event (name, ticket, check-in, consumption). What they do with it is the Organizer's responsibility, as controller.
- Payment institutions — to process charges and refunds.
- Apple and Google — when you add a card to your digital wallet.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, email and messaging, under contract and only to operate the service.
- Authorities — when required by law or court order.
5. Storage and retention
Data is kept on secure servers, which may be located outside Brazil; in that
case international transfer follows LGPD requirements. We keep data while
your account exists and afterwards only for as long as needed to meet legal
obligations (tax, for instance) or exercise rights in legal proceedings. Once
the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You may, at any time, request:
- confirmation of processing and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- portability;
- information about sharing;
- withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed under it.
Just write to eu@queroir.ai. We answer within the
LGPD's deadlines. You may also petition the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection
Authority).
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your session and preferences (such as
language and theme). Usage-measurement cookies, where present, are aggregated
and can be disabled in the browser without preventing use of the platform.
8. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in
transit, access control, operation logging and collection minimization. No
system is infallible; relevant security incidents will be reported to you and
to the ANPD as the LGPD requires.
9. Children and adolescents
The platform is not directed at minors. Minors' data is only processed in the
minor's interest and as the law provides, such as tickets bought by their
guardians.
10. Changes
This Policy may be updated. Relevant changes will be announced on the
platform or by email. The current version will always be on this page.
