Welcome to QueroIr. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the QueroIr
platform (website, app and services at queroir.ai). By creating an account
or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not
use the platform.
1. Who we are
QueroIr is a technology platform connecting people to events and venues
("Organizers"), offering ticket sales, digital tabs and loyalty programs.
QueroIr is an intermediary. The events, products and services advertised
are created, offered and delivered by the Organizers, who are solely
responsible for their execution, quality, safety, changes, cancellations and
for meeting the resulting legal and tax obligations.
2. Definitions
- User — anyone who creates an account to buy tickets, open tabs or join loyalty programs.
- Organizer — the person or company that creates events, sells tickets and offers products or benefits through the platform.
- Ticket — the right of access to an event, issued by the Organizer through the platform.
- Tab — the digital record of consumption at a venue, paid through the platform.
3. Registration and account
- You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information.
- The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for everything that happens on it and for keeping your credentials secret.
- Minors under 18 may only use the platform represented or assisted as required by law, and event access follows the age rating set by the Organizer and by legislation.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
4. Purchases and payments
- Prices, batches, fees and conditions of each ticket are set by the Organizer and shown before purchase.
- QueroIr charges the buyer no service fee. The price shown is the price paid.
- Payments are processed by partner payment institutions. QueroIr does not store full card data.
- Purchase confirmation depends on payment approval. Unapproved or fraudulent purchases may be cancelled.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
- Under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of buying, provided the request is made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the event starts, and receive a full refund. The 48-hour limit exists because a ticket is perishable: it has a fixed date and time, and the notice allows it to be resold.
- If the event is cancelled, the Organizer is responsible for fully refunding the amount paid.
- If the event is postponed or materially changed (date, venue), you may choose between keeping the ticket under the new conditions or requesting a refund, within the period announced by the Organizer.
- Refunds go back through the original payment method: Pix within 7 (seven) calendar days; credit card as a reversal on the next or following statement, depending on the closing date.
- Used tickets (checked in) are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
6. Tickets and event access
- A ticket is validated once at the door. Keep your QR code or wallet card to yourself and do not share it: whoever presents it first gets in.
- Ticket scalping is prohibited (Law 12.299/2010 and applicable legislation). Tickets obtained through unofficial channels may be invalidated.
- The Organizer may refuse access for breach of event rules, age rating or safety regulations.
- Half-price entry (Law 12.933/2013) and other statutory benefits are defined, configured and honored by the Organizer, who is solely responsible for checking supporting documents at the door.
7. Tabs and consumption
- The digital tab records your consumption at the venue and must be paid before leaving or within the periods the venue defines.
- The venue is solely responsible for the products sold, their prices, quality and sanitary compliance.
- Disputes over items on the tab should be raised with the venue, preferably before payment.
8. Loyalty and benefits
- Points, cashback and benefits are offers from Organizers, with rules, validity and limits defined by them.
- Benefits are not convertible into cash unless expressly stated, and may be changed or discontinued by the Organizer with reasonable prior notice.
9. User conduct
It is prohibited to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; defraud
purchases, check-ins or loyalty programs; exploit flaws; copy, scrape or
reverse-engineer the platform; infringe third-party rights; post illegal or
offensive content.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, code, design and own content belong to QueroIr. Each
event's content (name, images, descriptions) belongs to its Organizer. Nothing
in these Terms transfers intellectual property to you.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
12. Liability
- QueroIr is responsible for the availability and operation of the platform under normal conditions of use, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- QueroIr is not liable for acts and omissions of Organizers, including the execution, quality and safety of events, nor for products consumed at venues.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or platform changes. Material
changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Using the platform after
changes take effect means you agree to them.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the courts of the User's
domicile, where the User is a consumer.
